Position	CCPWS Plan Review Engineer

Description	Bureau Veritas - CCPWS Plan Review Engineer - San Diego Basic Description of job duties â€¢ Plan review of residential, commercial, industrial, and governmental projects to ensure compliance with current California Building codes and standards. May provide QC monitoring of plan review for completeness and compliance with codes and policies. Provide counseling for architects, engineers, contractors, and the general public relative to building design, code compliance as applicable to their proposed plans. â€¢ May make occasional field inspections to ensure that construction is in conformance with applicable codes and regulations. Minimum job requirements: Must be a California licensed Civil Engineer Preferred candidate will be a California licensed Structural Engineer ICC Certified Plans Examiner is desirable Prior experience in Structural Engineering is desired. Minimum of 3 years experience in plan review against California Building codes Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering No relocation provided for this position.
