This webinar provides a brief overview of the major differences
between Chapter 11A and Chapter 11B kitchens and bathrooms when a
multifamily dwelling is considered “public housing”. Topics of
discussion include the major differences between mobility
units and adaptable units for kitchens and bathrooms along with
scoping and technical requirements. A brief review of the
upcoming changes to Chapters 11A and 11B residential regulations
that go into effect on July 1, 2021 are also
discussed. Building officials, accessibility plan reviewers,
accessibility inspectors, designers, architects and
