2020 CALBO Annual Conference Date Change
Join Us in October!

Article

We heard that Carlsbad was nice in October, so we’ve made the FINAL move of our annual conference. As they say, third time’s a charm. With that, CALBO will be bringing our profession together in an effort for a face-to-face meeting in Carlsbad from October 4-7, 2020. Click here for a summary of changes in a Q&A format.

Alongside our members and sponsors, CALBO has been actively monitoring the coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19) and following guidance issued by government health organizations. A safe meeting environment and the health of our membership are our top priority. To take precautions for the health and safety of our membership, while being proactive to keep association business moving, we have developed a modified program and venue that will enable us to come together for a concentrated period of time.

We will adhere to all social distancing guidelines in order to bring educational programming, panels, and workshops to our members. We will include award presentations, the BOLA Graduation Ceremony, a full exhibitor program, an annual golf tournament, and our renown President’s Dinner with an up-up and away coastal California theme. Our revamped conference schedule is now available with topical programming to reflect the changing landscape of building and safety during the different COVID-19 transitions.
