What’s Your Next Step?

Whether you’re a longtime CALBO member, an administrator or supervisor registering employees, or you’re new to CALBO, everyone starts by creating their own free account.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Every person using the CALBO Online Portal needs their own free account, even if someone else registers them for training.
• Each account tracks registrations, CEUs, certificates, course history, and account activity, ensuring records remain accurate and accessible.
• Shared accounts are not supported. Please do not sign in using a supervisor’s, coworker’s, or shared account.
• Administrators and supervisors can register and manage employees through Group Registration while each employee maintains their own account and training records.
• If your organization has an active CALBO membership, your account will automatically receive member pricing once it’s linked to your organization.
