• Step 1. Download the Northern California Packet OR Southern California Packet
  *Consider reviewing the Academy Common Questions & Answers Page.

• Step 2. Read the entire packet, including the required curriculum and dates.

• Step 3. Sign the Fillable PDF Participation Form (including your supervisor) on page 8.

• Step 4. Complete the Fillable PDF Application Form on page 9.

• Step 5. Email the two PDF completed forms to info@calbo.org.

• Step 6. Applicant will be notified via email that their application is complete and under reviewed (only complete applications will be considered for review).
