• Step 1. Download the Northern California Packet OR Southern California Packet
  *Consider reviewing the Academy Common Questions & Answers Page.

• Step 2. Read the entire packet, including the required curriculum and dates.

• Step 3. Sign the Fillable PDF Participation Form (including your supervisor) on page 8.

• Step 4. Complete the Fillable PDF Application Form on page 9.

• Step 5. Email the two PDF completed forms to info@calbo.org by Thursday, July 2, 2026.

• Step 6. Applicant will be notified via email that their application is complete and under reviewed (only complete applications will be considered for review). All applicants will be notified regarding acceptance no later than Friday, July 10.
