Description: This webinar provides an overview of major changes to the 2025 Energy Code requirements for single-family buildings scheduled to go into effect on January 1, 2026. Topics discussed include changes to the HERS program, heat pumps, electric-ready for mixed-fuel buildings, HVAC controls, ventilation, duct insulation, solar PV, and battery storage-ready, and pools & spas. Information is provided on post-adoption meetings, how to provide feedback on the proposed amendments to the 2025 compliance manuals, forms, and compliance software, along with 2025 Energy Code resources.
