Annual Business Meeting

CALBO’s Annual Business Meeting (ABM) is the organization’s premier annual event, bringing together building safety professionals from across California for a week of education, engagement, and connection. The program features timely sessions on legislative updates, emerging trends, and critical issues shaping the profession, along with opportunities to engage with state agencies, model code organizations, and industry partners. Attendees can earn continuing education credits through Thursday course offerings while building meaningful professional connections and enjoying a variety of fellowship events throughout the week.

Call for Proposals: CALBO’s 65th Annual Business Meeting
Indian Wells (Palm Springs area), April 25-29, 2027

It’s never too early to get a start on coming together as a profession.  The CALBO Board of Directors has started programming discussions for our next Annual Business Meeting, to be held in Indian Wells from April 25-29, 2027.  Our membership and industry partners have always brought new and innovative programming ideas to the table that the CALBO Board would like to consider.

CALBO is heading to Indian Wells for its 65th Annual Business Meeting (ABM). We hope you will join us for our annual membership gathering for a week of networking, education, and professional development opportunities. Numerous workshops and seminars will be held throughout the program’s four days.
