The 62nd Annual Business Meeting will take place in Indian Wells from Sunday, April 21 – 25, 2024.

CALBO is excited to host its 62nd Annual Business Meeting in Indian Wells. We’re returning to the desert for an array of programs, events, and trainings for the professional development of our members. Looking forward to gathering together once again for the strength and development of our association.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL REMINDER
Desert Music Festivals - Spring 2024

It’s no secret that the desert has become synonymous with music festivals, especially during the cooler spring months.

The 62nd Annual Business Meeting will take place between two of the most popular music festivals, Coachella (ending Sunday, April 21, 2024) and Stagecoach (starting Friday, April 26, 2024). In the past, Coachella alone was attended by over 750,000 people over its two-weekend duration. Thus, desert travel will be very busy due to the record-breaking attendance expected.

CALBO encourages all ABM attendees to be mindful of the music festival schedule and plan travel to and from the desert accordingly and in advance.

$239.00 per standard room, per overnight plus $15.00 resort fee
*Resort fee is inclusive of guestroom high-speed internet, meeting space internet for light browsing, bike rentals, fitness classes, and tennis and basketball court access.
