CALBO Training Institute is honored to celebrate the achievements of the twenty-two students of the Permit Technician Career Advancement Academy.

As the newest CALBO Training Institute Leadership Academy, counter staff are trained on both soft and hard skills as current and future leaders in the California Building Safety industry focusing on growing as a team leader, improving the coordination in the permit process, strengthening customer service skills, and learning best operations from a supervisor’s perspective.

These counter leaders are honored today at the Annual Business Meeting in Indian Wells for their participation and taking the next step in advancing their careers. Please join us in honoring these students of the newest CALBO Academy and their achievements as the Class of 2023-2024.
