City of Beverly Hills

Jesse Cardoza, City of Irvine

Deputy Chief Robert Marshall, San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department (Retired)

California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD)
HCD is recognized for its long-standing partnership with California code officials and its commitment to building safety and housing resiliency. In addition to shaping key housing policies, HCD provides vital support through technical guidance and training. Their annual ADU course and regular participation in CALBO’s Education Weeks and Annual Business Meeting ensure building departments are equipped to implement evolving housing standards with confidence and clarity.
