This webinar provides an overview of scoping fundamentals in the 2019 California Building Code Chapter 11A, including definitions and application. There is often confusion about which code applies to which housing projects, especially projects connected to or funded by government agencies and programs, so discussion focuses on what is and is not covered in 11A with a brief overview of administration and function for public housing as well.
