This webinar highlights the approved changes to the Division of the State Architect’s Chapter 11B, Housing and Community Development’s Chapter 11A, and California Residential Code Section 327. The 2022 California Building Code (CBC) and 2022 California Residential Code (CRC) are published on July 1, 2022 and go into effect on January 1, 2023. The discussion of amended definitions and code sections inform attendees of these changes.
