Description: This webinar designed for plans examiners, permit technicians, and inspectors provides an in-depth look into the 2022 Energy Code envelope requirements for multifamily buildings, which took effect on January 1, 2023. Topics discussed include the mandatory and prescriptive requirements for air barriers, insulation, and roofing products. Attendees learn which requirements apply to multifamily projects that are newly constructed, an addition, or alteration to an existing building.
