Virtual Experience
CALBO has invested in production resources to ensure your experience at our Virtual Education Week is second to none. Your course will be taught live by a skilled and knowledgeable subject matter expert in front of a live audience in either Burlingame or Costa Mesa. However; we have added an additional subject matter expert in the classroom to work with our virtual attendees in real-time. Attendees may pose questions through the chat and conversation functions of the course and expect to receive a response in real-time. This is not a canned experience.
One Week Before Each Course
Please download the GoToWebinar application on your electronic device. Without the application, you will not be able to watch your courses. Every attendee must log into their GoToWebinar classroom with their personalized link and watch the course(s) for credit.
Two Days Before Each Course
You will receive a personalized GoToWebinar link 48 hours before each course you registered to attend. Audio and visual can be accessed with the link. These links are unique to you and may NOT be shared with others. You will also receive unique links to download your course materials as well. Please save the materials to your files as the material links will expire after each course concludes.
The Day of Each Course
You may use your unique link to enter your GoToWebinar online classroom each day at any time after 7:30am. Audio and visual can be accessed with the link. Please consult the conference program for the daily schedule and break times. IMPORTANT: Virtual attendees must log in to their online classroom using their personalized link to WATCH the entire course to receive credit. If you log out or only call into the webinar with audio-only, your attendance is NOT recorded and you will not receive CEUs.

Two ten-minute breaks are offered in the morning at 9:00am and 10:15am along with two ten-minute breaks in the afternoon at 1:15pm and 2:30pm.
